Physician-performed neuromodulator treatments including Botox, Dysport, and Letybo in Roslyn Heights, Nassau County, and the North Shore of Long Island.

Neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, and Letybo are injectable treatments designed to relax targeted facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles and expression lines. These treatments are commonly used to soften forehead lines, frown lines between the eyebrows, crow’s feet, and other areas of facial tension while maintaining a natural appearance.

At Politi Eyecare & Aesthetics, neuromodulator treatments are performed by a physician with advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and ocular safety. Each treatment is customized based on facial structure, muscle strength, aesthetic goals, and prior treatment history to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.

Neuromodulator treatments are minimally invasive, require little to no downtime, and typically last several months. Ongoing maintenance treatments may be recommended to preserve results and prevent deepening of expression lines over time.

Botox, Dysport, and Letybo – What’s the Difference?

Botox, Dysport, and Letybo are all FDA-approved neuromodulators that work by temporarily relaxing targeted facial muscles. While they share a similar mechanism of action, they may differ in onset, diffusion characteristics, and dosing. Selection is individualized based on treatment area, desired effect, and patient preference.

Common Treatment Areas

Neuromodulator treatments may be used to address:

  • Forehead lines

  • Frown lines (glabellar lines)

  • Crow’s feet

  • Brow shaping and lift

  • Bunny lines

  • Lip flip and perioral lines

  • Jawline and lower face tension (select cases)

A personalized treatment plan is created during consultation.

Physician-Directed Aesthetic Care

Choosing a physician for neuromodulator treatments ensures precise placement, appropriate dosing, and a strong understanding of facial anatomy. This approach prioritizes both aesthetic outcomes and patient safety, particularly in areas near the eyes and brows.
